做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
