做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
