做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。
