做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
