做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
