做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
