做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。
